London Construction Contractor Ltd (LCC) is a fast-growing design & construction company based in Central and West London. We specialise in high-quality commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, and new builds across Greater London, working with developers, private investors, and hospitality brands..

We are looking to take on a proactive builder/handyman with experience in high end commercial & residential works for Maintenance and project work of luxury retail and high end residential sites in and around London. Work involves a mix of day and night shifts.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Builder in commercial construction or fit-out. Skilled in multiple trades (Drylining, plastering, basic carpentry, plumbi). Understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and H&S practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out general building works including bricklaying, plastering, and basic carpentry. Assist with structural changes and commercial fit-out installations. Work from technical drawings and specifications. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

You must have experience in folllowing works:

General maintenance. Larger project works. Joinery & carpentry. Decoration. Fabrication. Dry lining Minor plumbing & Electrical repair work Plastering, tape and joint Furniture fitting
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 7am - 6pm, or early morning start, occasional weekend and Night shift work as required. This is a self employed role so please only apply if you are registered as self employed with a UTR number for CIS purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fixed term contract

Pay: 200.00-250.00 per day
