Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and semi-skilled Builders and Maintenance personnel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of construction skills and experience, enabling them to contribute effectively to various building projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Perform roofing duties such as installing shingles and ensuring proper waterproofing. Carry out construction painting, ensuring surfaces are prepared and finished to a high standard. Assist with plumbing installations and repairs, including pipe fitting and fixture installation. Engage in masonry work, including bricklaying and stonework for structural integrity. Utilise electrical experience for wiring installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various construction tasks. Participate in fabrication processes for custom building components as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the duration of projects.

Experience

Proven experience in the construction industry with a strong background in multiple trades including carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, and electrical work. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools essential for construction tasks. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail in all aspects of building work. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
