We are looking for an experienced and reliable General Builder to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of building practices, with hands-on experience in extensions, knockthroughs, renovations, and structural alterations. They should also be versatile, with the ability to turn their hand to most tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake a wide range of general building tasks. Carry out structural work such as extensions, knock throughs, wall removals, and refurbishments. Complete repairs, alterations, and small installations as required on-site. Ensure all work meets quality standards and project deadlines. Identify and resolve issues on site, ensuring efficient solutions are implemented. Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks safely and effectively. Maintain tools, equipment, and site areas in good condition. Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a general builder, with skills in extensions, knock throughs, renovations, and general building works. Ability to adapt and turn their hand to most tasks, including general carpentry, plastering, and bricklaying. Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability across different building tasks. Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude. Full UK Driving Licence. Ability to manage workload efficiently and work with minimal supervision.
