We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our dynamic team. Duties

Execute carpentry tasks including framing, flooring, and cabinetry installation. Perform roofing duties, ensuring proper installation and maintenance of roofing systems. Carry out construction painting tasks, applying finishes and coatings to various surfaces. Assist with plumbing installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Engage in masonry work, including bricklaying and stone setting for structural integrity. Conduct welding tasks as required for metal fabrication and repairs. Utilise electrical experience to assist in wiring and installation of electrical systems. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various construction activities. Participate in fabrication processes for custom building components as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, and electrical work is highly desirable. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the building trade. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site effectively. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients. A commitment to safety practices and maintaining a clean work environment. Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory.
