We are seeking a skilled and reliable Builder to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of practical skills across various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, roofing, and masonry. This role involves working on diverse projects, contributing to the realisation of high-quality structures and renovations. Duties

Constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures using a variety of materials and techniques Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to execute building tasks accurately Installing roofing, flooring, walls, doors, windows, and other structural elements Performing construction painting to finish surfaces professionally Conducting plumbing and electrical work where required, adhering to safety regulations Engaging in masonry work such as bricklaying and blockwork Operating hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various construction activities Fabricating custom components or modifications as needed for specific projects Ensuring all work areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and quality benchmarks

Experience

Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, or general construction roles is essential Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, welding, and fabrication is highly desirable Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools in a construction environment Experience working on residential or commercial building projects preferred Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications accurately Demonstrated commitment to safety procedures and best practices within the construction industry

Pay: 160.00-250.00 per day
