Multi Skilled Trades Person

GUARANTEED WORK throughout the year, employed or Self-employed

If you're an experienced multi-trade that can build an Extension or New Build from groundworks to completion, or as many trades as possible, we will consider. We look to keep our trades on as a permanent basis,

Groundworks

- Excavate foundations, drainage, oversites, concreting, block & brickwork, driveways, etc

Wet

trades

, Bricklaying, stonework, blockwork, Patios, Steps, etc

Plastering

, Skimming, rendering colour systems, sand & cement, Lime rendering & plastering,

Carpentry

, First & second fix- Includes - stud work, floor joists, manufacturer & cut trusses, fitting kitchens, stairs, skirtings & architraves - etc

Roofing

- felt & battening, slating, tiling, leadwork, fascias boards & soffits, fitting Velux windows, etc

Finishers

We are looking for experienced, multi-skilled tradespeople to work on our projects on a self-employed or employed. We work mainly for private, residential clients. Our work includes. Extensions, Renovations, Loft conversions, Cellar conversions, New Builds, Barn conversions. A lot of general building and maintenance work.

We have plenty of work and are looking for people we can get to know and work with long-term!

Qualifications

NVQ in Construction- Advantage CSCS card - Advantage Proficiency in using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
