We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our dynamic team. As a Builder, you will be responsible for various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Carry out carpentry tasks, including framing, installation of doors and windows, and cabinetry work. Perform roofing duties such as installing shingles, tiles, or metal roofing systems. Execute construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal and protect surfaces. Conduct plumbing work including pipe installation, repairs, and maintenance. Engage in masonry tasks such as bricklaying and stonework for structural integrity. Utilise welding techniques for metal fabrication and repair as required. Apply electrical experience for wiring installations and troubleshooting electrical systems. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete various building tasks. Participate in fabrication processes to create custom components as needed.

Skills

Proficient in carpentry with a solid understanding of building techniques. Experience in roofing with knowledge of different materials and installation methods. Competent in construction painting with an eye for detail in finishing work. Familiarity with plumbing systems and the ability to perform repairs and installations. Skilled in masonry practices with an understanding of material properties. Knowledgeable in welding processes for metalwork applications. Basic electrical experience is advantageous for completing wiring tasks safely. Strong ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
