Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of construction skills and be able to work effectively on various building projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Construct, repair, and maintain structures using a variety of materials Perform carpentry tasks including framing, roofing, and finishing work Carry out construction painting to enhance aesthetics and protect surfaces Assist with plumbing installations and repairs as needed Execute masonry work for walls, patios, and other structures Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Fabricate components as required for specific projects Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion

Skills

Proficient in carpentry techniques and practices Experience in roofing installation and repairs Basic plumbing skills for installation and maintenance tasks Familiarity with masonry principles for building structures Competence in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, and drills Ability to operate power tools including saws, grinders, and drills safely Strong fabrication skills for creating custom components
