Responsibilities
Perform general construction tasks
Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work as needed.
Assist with fabrication tasks including fixture installation and custom woodworking projects.
Handle heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction site activities.
Perform remodeling tasks to meet project specifications.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction or related fields such as restoration industry experience or maintenance person work.
Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and fabrication techniques.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and metal stud framing equipment.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as required.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of construction work.
Valid experience in water damage remediation or mold remediation is advantageous.
Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions from schematics or blueprints.
