General Builder/ Working Foreman for Private Landlord
You will be the main builder for an established local landlord.
The job entails doing extensions, loft conversions & internal refurbishments.
You must know/ have an understanding of all trades.
You will be the main worker on site, doing jobs, leading the way.
You will need to have 15+ years' experience, a proven track record & good references to be considered for this role.
Our landlord likes to hire for the long term - you will need to be reliable & loyal to be considered for this role.
Minimum Requirements:
Own vehicle required
Own tools required
15 years' + experience
Well organised
Hardworking
Good time keeping
Working hours: 8am-5pm daily - Saturday's optional
Pay is 250 per day - paid weekly
Ready for immediate start
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 240.00-250.00 per day
