Business Description:

North London Landlord

The job entails doing extensions, outbuildings & internal refurbishments for private landlord.

You will be the main worker on site for each job.

You are welcome to bring in a couple of your workers or we will employ a small team around you.

You will need to have 15+ years' experience, a proven track record & good references to be consider for this role.

Our landlord likes to hire for the long term - you will need to be reliable & loyal to be considered for this role.

Essential Requirements:

15+ years' experience A minimum of 5 references & examples of work Own tools (power and hand tools) Personable and polite Good time keeping skills and ability to stick to deadlines You must be enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated Ability to work quickly under pressure You must be able to keep a cool head with a good temperament under pressure Must be willing to work overtime and weekends if required to push the job on You must speak clear English with good communication skills

Hours:

Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm - Sat optional

Ideally the role is for immediate start or ASAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 220.00-250.00 per day
