Job Summary:

GENERAL BUILDER, BRICKY, CARPENTER, LABOURER (drive and skillset)

We are looking for skilled Builders to join our team, specializing in building extensions, HMO's, Loft conversions and Residential Projects.

The ideal candidates will have experience in Carpentry, SUPER STRUCTURE Install (steels), or a Master tradesman in a Set trade of construction tasks essential for high-quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general building tasks CARPENTER: -Install doors , kitchens , First Fix and Second fix Conduct carpentry other tasks such as framing, fixture installation, and stair fitting. GENERAL BUILDER :- all general tasks, DEMO, Steels, brickwork, slabs and ground works , key skills / trade Be able to work autonomously and competent in current UK building regs Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.

Experience & Skills Required:

Proven experience in a similar builder role. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools, owns transport and tools. Strong skills in carpentry or masonry, or dry trades or /and interior fit-outs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
