Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a variety of skills in construction and maintenance tasks. This role involves working on diverse projects, utilising hand and power tools, and collaborating with other tradespeople to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. Assist in painting, fabrication, electrical work, carpentry, welding, plumbing, roofing, and masonry as required. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure safety and productivity. Carry out routine maintenance tasks and assist in the setup of job sites. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques is advantageous. Skills in specific areas such as painting, welding, plumbing, roofing, or masonry will be considered a plus. A willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities is essential.
