Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in various construction and maintenance tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople on-site.

Duties

Assist in various construction activities including carpentry, roofing, and masonry tasks. Perform construction painting and finish work as required. Support plumbing and electrical teams with installations and repairs. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Engage in fabrication tasks as needed, ensuring quality workmanship. Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all health and safety regulations while on-site.

Skills

Proficient in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, and electrical experience is highly desirable. Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required. Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project needs. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques within the trade.
