Job Description
General Builder / Labourer
Malone Contracting is looking for experienced labourers to work on commercial and domestic construction sites across London, Kent and Essex.
Responsibilities include several on-site tasks, such as preparing construction sites, loading and unloading of materials and equipment, plaster boarding, joint and taping.
The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, punctual, and reliable. Ultimately, a successful Labourer will be ready to help where there is a need and able to learn new skills. Driving license and vehicle to use for work is preferrable.
Successful candidates would be available to start immediately.
Requirements:
Must have a UTR number and be CIS registered
At least three years' experience in construction
Driving license and vehicle to drive to sites and collect materials
Valid CSCS card
At least one construction work references
Job type:
Subcontractor
Full time Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend work
Schedule:
8-hour shift
Salary:
120 - 180 gross per day, depending on experience.Licence/Certification:
CSCS (preferred)
