This role involves assisting in a variety of construction and maintenance tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Perform tasks related to painting, fabrication, carpentry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and welding as required. Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in construction or a related field is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is required. Skills in painting, fabrication, carpentry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, or welding are highly desirable. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques is essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
