Job Overview:

We are a small, friendly team carrying out building and improvement works in domestic properties, including the homes of disabled and vulnerable individuals. We're looking for a General Building Assistant to support us with a range of tasks such as:

Wet room installations Groundworks Extensions and general building work
This role would suit someone with hands-on experience or knowledge in construction, looking to develop further in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with building and groundwork tasks Working safely and respectfully in occupied homes Supporting qualified team members and learning on the job

Requirements:

A good level of physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and active work on-site Some experience or knowledge in general building/construction Good attitude, Reliability, Honesty, Willingness to learn and work well in a team A clear Basic DBS check will be required, as work is often carried out in homes of vulnerable and/or disabled people Must have the right to work in the UK
