General Catering Manager - Hull

Up to 40,000 per annum (DOE)

5 out of 7 days, including evenings, weekends, and nights

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced

General Catering Manager

to lead a high-volume, 24/7 catering operation in Hull. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader to take full ownership of a fast-paced site delivering round-the-clock food and vending services.

What you'll be doing:

Leading all aspects of on-site catering operations Managing, motivating, and developing a skilled team Building and maintaining strong client relationships Overseeing financial performance including P&L responsibility Ensuring service excellence and high standards at all times Driving sales, meeting KPIs, and enhancing customer satisfaction

Proven experience in managing high-volume catering services Strong leadership and team management skills Financially savvy with P&L accountability Great communication skills and a hands-on approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially aware
