General Cleaning & Clearance Operative

to join our team. In this role, you'll be essential in keeping our sites clean, safe, and well-maintained. You'll be working on a variety of tasks, from general cleaning to site clearance, so no two days will be the same. The ideal candidate is hardworking, takes pride in their work, and can work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure all work areas and facilities are clean and organized. Assist with the clearance of sites, including the removal of waste and debris. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Follow all company and site-specific safety protocols and guidelines. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Travel to various work locations as required.

Experience & Skills

Previous experience in cleaning, clearance, or a similar operational role is a plus.

A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential

due to travel requirements. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
