Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Perform general site maintenance and cleanliness Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks as assigned Support skilled tradespeople with their duties as required Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Skills

Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently Good communication skills to collaborate with team members Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous Attention to detail to ensure quality work is maintained Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
