What you'll do
Own end-to-end commercial & publishing work: co-dev/OW, work-for-hire, milestone & rev-share, porting/localization, marketing/UA/creator deals, vendor frameworks.
Lead platform/distribution agreements (Steam/console stores), age ratings (ESRB/PEGI/USK), and live-ops/legal policies (UGC, online safety/age-appropriate design, T&S escalation).
Build scalable playbooks: templates, clause libraries, approval matrices, and a simple contract intake/SLA.
Manage outside counsel (IP, litigation, employment, tax, M&A).
Support board/CorpGov (insider list, options/RSUs, disclosures, policy updates).
Mentor and direct our paralegal; set cadence, priorities, and quality bars.
