part time experienced Dentist required for a busy High grossing, predominantly Private with stable NHS list ,state of the art Family Practice, with all modern equipment - intraoral scanner, CBCT, OPG et cetera available. Full on site specialist support available.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine dental needs and treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. Execute dental extractions and root canal therapy with precision and care. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.

Ensure infection control practices are followed diligently, adhering to aseptic techniques. Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and post-operative care. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.

Skills

Strong knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy. Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred, along with a compassionate approach to treating young patients. Proficient in medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry. Demonstrated ability in patient care and assessment skills. Familiarity with infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
