We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise advanced dental technologies and techniques within a professional and supportive environment.
Days and Timings are flexible - Ideally 2 - 3 days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Friday or a Saturday
Duties
Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth, gums, and oral tissues using clinical assessment and medical imaging tools.
Diagnose dental conditions based on clinical findings and imaging results, including the utilisation of CAD technology for precise treatment planning.
Develop customised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, explaining procedures clearly and compassionately.
Perform a wide range of dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and cosmetic treatments.
Utilise anatomical knowledge to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery while minimising discomfort.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and organisational standards.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology, including medical imaging techniques and CAD applications.
Requirements
Fully qualified Dentist with valid registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
Proven experience in general dentistry; specialisation is a plus but not essential.
Proficiency in CAD software for digital dentistry solutions.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy relevant to dental practice.
Experience with medical imaging techniques used in dentistry for diagnostics and treatment planning.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to reassure and educate patients effectively.
Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
