Job Summary:

We are the new owners of a dental practice in Central London and we are seeking a skilled and experienced General Dentist to join us as an Associate Dentist, providing high-quality dental care to our patients. Dependent on how the opportunity works for both the selected Dentist and for the practice, we would like to offer a potential path to Partnership. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to take the next step up the profession.

Duties:

Perform dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions Administer appropriate treatments, including fillings, extractions and crowns Conduct routine check-ups and cleanings to maintain optimal oral health Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures Collaborate with dental specialists for complex cases or referrals Utilize medical imaging technology and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for treatment planning Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments provided
Experience:

Proven experience as a Dentist, with a minimum of three years in clinical practice Special interest in Orthodontics In-depth knowledge of dental procedures, techniques, and best practice In-depth knowledge of aesthetic dentistry procedures, techniques, and best practices Proficiency in medical imaging technology and CAD software for treatment planning Strong understanding of dental anatomy and oral health conditions Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures to patients Empathy and compassion towards patients' concerns and anxieties Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
