The Double A Group is a trading group of over forty companies mainly established in the Sport, Leisure and Medical Diagnostics sector.

Divisions include -

The Hive Group, which is an internationally renowned Stadium Leisure Facility and Football Centre

Barnet FC and London Bees Group, a men's football team currently playing in EFL League 2 and women's playing in the WNL Southern Division.

TIC Medical Group, which provides diagnostic and support services to the NHS and private hospitals.

And a number of other diverse companies trading in property, publishing, software etc.

Permanent, Full-time

The Executive Assistant (

EA

) to the Directors will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Board of Directors who are not all UK based. This role is central to ensuring the Directors' time is optimised, priorities are managed effectively, and strategic objectives are supported. The EA will act as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison, handling sensitive information with discretion while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.

Including but not limited to:

Act as the first point of contact for the Directors, particularly when overseas, managing correspondence, emails, and calls. Act as high-level customer service support for the Group to ensure a positive experience for customers and clients. Manage senior staff daily and weekly reports. Attend meetings as required, taking minutes and following up on action points. Assist with preparation and coordination of board papers, agendas, and documentation. Maintain accurate and confidential records, including contracts and governance documents. Liaise across departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Support HR and admin departments, as and where required. Act as a professional representative for the company / Directors, including in meetings.
Essential:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role.

*Needs a basic understanding of how a business works.

Willingness to contribute in any way necessary to ensure business objectives are met.
*Otherwise known as "rolling your sleeves up"

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure......

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting correspondence.
*Must be able to write a good letter of support or complaint!

High degree of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
*An absolute must!

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
*Need to get along with the troops

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI.
Desirable:

Experience supporting Directors, C-Suite, or Board-level executives. Familiarity with governance processes and board administration. Some legal understanding is helpful. Professional, polished and approachable. Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues. Resilient, adaptable, and able to work with discretion in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented. A team player who can also work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Competitive salary: 45k - 50k per annum - based on experience and ability
