We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a harmonious and efficient working environment for our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, a background in hospitality, and a passion for culinary excellence.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate front of house staff to ensure high standards of service are met.
Assist in the training and development of team members, fostering a positive work culture.
Oversee food preparation processes to guarantee quality and presentation align with our standards.
Manage guest relations, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring it meets health and safety regulations.
Assist with bartending duties during peak hours, providing excellent customer service.
Monitor inventory levels for food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
Familiarity with kitchen operations and ability to assist cooks as needed.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and staff alike.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential.
