Duties
Lead and supervise teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Develop, implement, and monitor project schedules using.
Oversee project management activities, including resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking.
Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations and improve workflow processes.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance to team members for professional development.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
Prepare reports on project status, team performance, and operational metrics for senior management.
Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members as required.
