General Foreman - Civil Construction

Position Title:

General Foreman

Department:

Civil Construction

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all site operations, ensuring smooth communication between project teams, subcontractors, and management. Oversee daily site activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and adhering to quality standards. Supervise and coordinate construction crews, ensuring safety compliance and efficient resource allocation. Monitor progress and report on site performance, addressing issues proactively. Manage materials, equipment, and manpower for optimal workflow. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

Requirements:

Proven experience in civil construction and team supervision. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Valid safety certifications as per regulatory standards.
