Salary: 25,000 - 40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are seeking to appoint a skilled and dependable Handyman / Multi-Trader to join our company on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in general trades, with particular expertise in carpentry, building works, and general property maintenance. Experience in flooring installation, including vinyl and safety flooring, will be considered highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake a wide range of maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks across company and client sites. Perform carpentry, general building works, and handyman duties to a professional standard. Install and maintain various types of flooring, including vinyl and safety flooring (desirable). Ensure all works are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high quality. Operate independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in a relevant trade (carpentry, building, handyman services, or multi-trade). Practical knowledge across a range of maintenance and construction skills. Flooring installation experience (vinyls, safety floors) is preferable. Full UK driving licence (essential). A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to work.
