Summary

(Handy man/woman) at Willow Tree Lodge will play a vital role in maintaining our facilities, ensuring they are safe and comfortable for our residents. This position is based in Willow Tree Lodge and is essential to supporting our mission of providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities to ensure safety and functionality.

Conduct electrical repairs and installations as needed. Maintain mechanical systems and troubleshoot issues promptly. Oversee residential painting projects to enhance the living environment. Collaborate with staff to address maintenance requests efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Assist in managing supplies and inventory for maintenance tasks. Provide leadership and guidance to junior maintenance staff.

Qualifications

Proven experience in electrical work and mechanical maintenance.

Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents. Basic understanding of customer service principles. Leadership experience preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in English communication skills.
