Job Overview

We are seeking a Handy Man/Handy Woman to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or supervise others. The shift patterns are Monday to Friday 07.30-15.30. This position is to commence from the w/c 2nd February 2026!

Responsibilities

To carry out basic repairs which may include minor plumbing repairs, groundwork duties, basic decorative repairs/jobs. To be able to use an iPad to receive logs of repairs that need completing To be able to carry out fire alarm checks, water safety checks and other possible minor checks. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal or external client requests promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance roles is essential. Strong understanding of safety procedures and current legislation. Basic knowledge of handyman duties. Willingness to be trained in order to complete basic auditing tasks. Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to supervise teams or projects when required. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Must be competent in operating an iPad tablet.

Pay: 28,000.00-29,000.00 per year
