General Handyman/woman
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling general repairs across commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general repairs and maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)
Install fixtures, appliances, shelving, doors, and hardware
Diagnose issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding work status
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role
Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good time management and organizational skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
