General Handyman/woman
Job Description
We require those with general handyman/women skills to join our growing team to service a social housing contract.
Main duties will be ease and adjusting doors/windows, installing trickle vents, replacing timber and upvc bath panels, mastic renewal, tiling, painting, mould wash, installing handles/hinges etc. All works are within occupied homes.
Applicants must have their own vehicle and tools. We will not hire anyone using public transport - it doesn't work for our business.
Before and after pictures are essential, so the applicant must have a decent smart phone and use WhatsApp to communicate with our office team throughout the day.
Immediate start!
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Pay: 160.00-180.00 per day
