About Us:
Safety Wear & Signs Limited, including our specialist branding division Sign Team, is a well-established, family-run business based in Lancing. We design, manufacture, and install high-quality signage and branding solutions for a wide range of clients across the South East, including construction companies, local councils, and commercial businesses.
About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our growing team. The role is varied and will include:
Assisting with
signage installation
and general site works (full training provided) Carrying outgeneral maintenance and repairs, painting and some digging.
Supporting withfencing, panel fixing
, and related installation tasks Occasionaldelivery and collection driving
(company vehicle provided when required)The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be
practical, hard-working, and keen to learn new skills
Becomfortable working outdoors and at height
(training provided) Have agood attention to detail
and take pride in their work Hold afull UK driving licence
(essential) Have experience in a trade or site-based role (preferred but not essential)What We Offer:

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
