Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance and repair, demonstrating proficiency in various trades including electrical, mechanical,Plumbing , Carpentry & tilling work. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage tasks independently while providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Perform general maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment. Read and interpret schematics to carry out repairs and installations. Execute Property Maintenance tasks as required for various projects. Conduct routine inspections to ensure all equipment is functioning properly. Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff or apprentices when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe working environment while adhering to health and safety regulations. Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and expectations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in maintenance roles, with a strong mechanical knowledge base. Experience is essential, along with familiarity with programmable logic controllers. Ability to read schematics accurately for troubleshooting purposes. Property Maintenance skills are advantageous and mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to lead and supervise others effectively. Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to ensure clear communication with clients and team members. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and task management is essential.
