What you'll do

Guide installations and repairs effectively. Oversee facilities maintenance tasks, coordinating with other team members to ensure timely completion. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns and requests promptly. Supervise junior staff or contractors during projects, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Basic qualifications

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance tasks. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in manufacturing environments or residential painting projects. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Familiarity with customer service principles to enhance tenant satisfaction.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 60 per week
