We are looking for an experienced General Radiographer to come and lead the General Imaging team within my clients prestigious Hospital based in the thriving West London area.

This Hospital is the pride of South within the Southern Network of hospitals, in this Private Healthcare organisation. Boasting state of the art facilities to support the patients journey which is supported by the Hospitals \'Good\' CQC rating.

These facilities include Physiotherapy services, 5 Theatres, Endoscopy suite, Inpatient services and a state of the art Diagnostic suite.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will be a qualified Radiographer and registered with the HCPC. You will have experience in managing a team of Radiographers or being an existing General Lead Radiographer within the NHS or Private Healthcare Service in the UK. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to take accountability and ownership of developing a department, and managing a team.

The service is open from 8am \xe2\x80\x93 8pm, Monday to Saturday. Alongside your clinical accountabilities, you will be expected to undertake additional responsibilities to support the Imaging Services Manager. This will include completing audits and IP\'s. Your flexible and enthusiastic approach, alongside your priority management will be vital to your success. Being RPS trained is desired but not essential. Being able to adhere to the guidelines set by the CQC, IR(ME)R and other regulatory bodies will be crucial do ensure a safe patient environment.

You will be accountable for the service within the General Department, which is across 4 Diagnostic rooms and include a brand new Fuji X-ray unit, CBCT and Canon Fluoroscopy room. So having experience within a similar environment would be beneficial.

Requirements
  • HCPC Registered
  • Qualified Radiographer
  • 2 years\' experience of managing a team of radiographers or as a Lead
  • 2 years\' experience within the NHS or Private Healthcare Service in the UK
  • Flexible and dynamic approach
  • Be able to demonstrate your ability to lead a team
Location

This prestigious private Hospital is in the West London area and is commutable from Harrow, Watford, Wembley, Uxbridge, Brentford, Ealing, Enfield, Barnet, Edgware and Kensington.

Summary

My client is looking for a Lead Radiographer join their General Imaging team, within their Private Hospital in London. In return you will be compensated a remuneration package up to \xc2\xa355,000 in addition to other benefits which can be discussed at interview stage.
