Job Overview
My Home Bakery are looking for a new kitchen team member.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen operations, helping with food preparation and following recipes to a T, ensuring food safety and hygiene are kept to a high standard.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring food items. Bread making Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing utensils, pots, and pans. Follow food safety guidelines and hygiene practices to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of meals to customers.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; Basic knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation tasks.
Must be available Thursday & Friday - evenings and early mornings.
16hrs minimum, but room for more hours after training.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
