Job Summary

We are looking for a fun, friendly, enthusiastic and professional kitchen assistant to get stuck in with the day to day running of all things food in The Choccy Pig.

Your primary focus will be the preparation and service of our sandwich menu but you'll be expected to help out with all aspects of coffee shop life including pot wash, clearing tables, serving customers and helping out with the bakery aspect of the kitchen activities.

Skills

Previous experience in a catering or restaurant environment is desirable. Basic cooking skills and knowledge of meal preparation techniques. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy kitchen setting. Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
This role will include both week day and weekend work.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
