Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking and meal assembly Support chefs with cooking tasks and food presentation Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen work areas, including washing dishes and utensils Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations Help with serving meals during busy periods, ensuring timely service Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and storage Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Experience

Previous experience in a catering or restaurant environment is advantageous Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food safety practices Basic culinary skills, including cooking and food preparation methods A genuine interest in developing kitchen experience and culinary knowledge Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
