Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working, reliable and flexible individual to work in a busy fast paced kitchen. Candidate needs to have previous kitchen experience and food service experience this role is a front facing role. Candidate needs an up to date food handling certificate from an external governing body.

You will be required to work under the chef manager, carrying out any requested tasks.

Main duties.

Serving customers breakfast and lunch. Serving coffee on a barista machine. General kitchen duties. Storing deliveries whislt ensuring stock rotation. Kitchen cleaning to a detailed cleaning schedule which is documented and signed to meet company and food safety standards.

Other duties may includes

Operating an industrial dish washer along with pot washing. Collecting dirty dishes from the kitchen and restaurant. Putting clean dishes away. General kitchen duties.
This list of duties can change on a daily basis, list of duties is not exhaustive.

Hours are

Monday to Thursday 7.30am and 3.00pm. and every other Friday

Please note that this position requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
