Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our evening shift team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across our site, supporting the smooth operation of daily activities in a pre-cast factory environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop practical skills within a dynamic organisation. Additional bonus of 150 per week.

Responsibilities

Assisting with loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling at all times Supporting the preparation and clean-up of work areas before and after tasks Moving supplies, equipment, and materials around the site as required Assisting tradespeople and other team members with their duties when necessary Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work environment Following health and safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents or injuries Reporting any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly

Requirements

Valid UK driving licence essential and own means of transport. Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Good physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy objects safely Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a manual labour environment Reliable attendance record and punctuality Must be aged 18 or over to ensure compliance with safety regulations
