Job Summary

ProGuard Exteriors are specialists in Rendering and External Wall Insulation - We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support construction and maintenance projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Duties

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Carry out general site maintenance and cleaning duties Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to project completion Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring role or similar environment is advantageous but not essential Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is preferred Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team Strong physical fitness to handle manual labour tasks effectively A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques Must have transport and driving license or be able to get to Aylesbury every day.
