Duties

Assisting with loading and unloading materials and equipment Preparing work areas by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools or supplies Moving materials, products, or equipment to designated locations within the site Supporting skilled tradespeople with their tasks as required Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to ensure safety and efficiency Following health and safety guidelines at all times during operational activities Assisting with basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning tools and equipment Driving with a supplied vehicle from yard.

Skills

Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour over extended periods Ability to follow instructions accurately and work under supervision Good organisational skills and attention to detail Strong teamwork ethic and effective communication skills Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manual labour environment Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is key
