Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated General Labourer to join our construction team. This is a hands-on position where you'll support a wide range of on-site tasks to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-focused, and keen to contribute as part of a hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities

Load, unload, and move materials and equipment around the site Carry out general site clean-up and basic maintenance tasks Assist tradespeople (e.g. carpenters, bricklayers) with work area preparation and on-site support Safely operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision Always follow site safety protocols and wear the required PPE Immediately report any hazards or unsafe practices to supervisors Complete tasks as directed by site managers and supervisors

Requirements & Skills

Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods Previous construction site experience preferred, but not essential Basic knowledge of tools and machinery is an advantage Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately Strong work ethic and good communication skills Eager to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed Valid CSCS Card required Full driving licence essential

Schedule

Full-time role 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday Weekend availability when required
