We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Duties
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
Perform general site maintenance and cleaning
Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as needed
Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely
Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
Support the team in completing projects on time by being proactive and reliable
Requirements
Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Basic understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required
A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
