Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks across our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in loading and unloading materials from lorries. Perform general maintenance tasks and repairs as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly. Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Skills

Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous. Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
