We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform general maintenance tasks as required.
Support the window fitters on site
Operate basic machinery and tools safely under supervision.
Follow instructions from managers and lead fitters and contribute to team efforts effectively.
Experience
Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of health and safety practices in a construction environment is preferred.
Physical fitness is necessary for lifting heavy materials and performing manual tasks.
A positive attitude towards learning new skills and taking on various responsibilities is essential.
