Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support construction, maintenance, and other operational activities. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site clean-up and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently. Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties, providing support where needed. Maintain a high standard of health and safety practices on site. Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labouring role is required Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. A valid driver's licence is mandatory.
