Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team. The role is countryside based . This role involves mainly supporting various operational tasks across our sites, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Supporting the organisation and tidiness of the worksite Moving supplies, tools, and materials to designated areas as required Assisting with tasks such as fencing, drainage, land management, tree planting & landscaping. Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times Maintaining cleanliness of the work area to promote safety and efficiency Participating in site inspections and reporting any hazards or issues

Skills

Good physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Reliable with a positive attitude towards teamwork and safety protocols Basic understanding of health and safety regulations (training provided if necessary) Previous experience in construction, warehousing, or similar environments is desirable but not essential
